I'm not able to remove the app from my Android device. How do I remove it?

You should be able to remove it from "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Manage applications". In the "Manage applications" screen, tap the app you would like to remove. Then tap the "Uninstall" button.

You might also consider downloading the QSC Manage Applications app to make it easier to get to the "Manage applications" screen.

It was difficult to download your app. What's wrong?

Our apps are being served to you via various commercial app stores. We do not control these app store servers. If you are having problems downloading our app, please contact the respective app store.

It won't load content. What's wrong?

If the app requests Internet content and the content server is down for maintenance, it's possible that you may get a page that says it's unable to load the Internet resource. Try again after a day and see if the server comes back online.
