Set Custom Resolution of Linux (GPL)

SetCustomResolution.bash is a Bourne-again shell script that lets you set the display resolution of your Linux computer to anything you want from the command-line. As long as your Linux distribution has access to "xrandr", this script should work. It has been tested to work on Ubuntu 12.10.

SetCustomResolution.bash is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Usage

  SetCustomResolution.bash width height frequency

Examples

SetCustomResolution.bash 1366 768 60

SetCustomResolution.bash 1920 1080 60
