First Android App Did Not Show Up On MarketWhen I released my first Android app, "A Fable A Day", I was disappointed that it did not show up on the "Android Market" on my phone. I thought something was wrong. But after a day, the "Android Developer Console" showed that 75 people had downloaded the app. So the app is obviously being distributed. My second Android app, "A Fairy Tale A Day", on the other hand, showed up on my version of the "Market" right away. The next day, I saw a huge download for it on the "Developer Console". It's obvious that my second app showed up on more phones than the first app. After updating both apps to 1.1 earlier today, the "A Fable A Day" app immediately showed up on my "Market". The update must have triggered an update to Google's Android App database. So if your app doesn't show up on the Market, you can try improving it, and then uploading a new version to the "Developer Console". Chieh Cheng
