Key Lock Manipulator

Key Lock Manipulator is an assortment of Windows programs for changing the states of Caps Lock, Number Lock, and Scroll Lock. You can use the programs in this collection to turn the key lock state on, off, and toggle between on/off. You can use the programs in your Windows Startup menu folder so that your keyboard turns on Caps Lock, Number Lock, and/or Scroll Lock on boot.

Key Lock Manipulator is distributed as freeware. You may freely distribute Key Lock Manipulator, so long as you distribute the entire software package as a whole. Please see the Freeware license agreement on this site.

Caps Lock

CapsLockOff.exe
This program turns the Caps Lock off (if it is on). If Caps Lock is already off, then it does nothing.

CapsLockOn.exe
This program turns the Caps Lock on (if it is off). If Caps Lock is already on, then it does nothing.

CapsLockToggle.exe
This program toggers the Caps Lock on and off. If Caps Lock is on, then it turn it off. If Caps Lock is off, then it turns it on.

Num Lock

NumLockOff.exe
This program turns the Num Lock off (if it is on). If Num Lock is already off, then it does nothing.

NumLockOn.exe
This program turns the Num Lock on (if it is off). If Num Lock is already on, then it does nothing.

NumLockToggle.exe
This program toggers the Num Lock on and off. If Num Lock is on, then it turn it off. If Num Lock is off, then it turns it on.

Scroll Lock

ScrollLockOff.exe
This program turns the Scroll Lock off (if it is on). If Scroll Lock is already off, then it does nothing.

ScrollLockOn.exe
This program turns the Scroll Lock on (if it is off). If Scroll Lock is already on, then it does nothing.

ScrollLockToggle.exe
This program toggers the Scroll Lock on and off. If Scroll Lock is on, then it turn it off. If Scroll Lock is off, then it turns it on.
