Freeware License Agreement

This license agreement applies to Cynosure.X International
software products that are marked as Freeware.

By using the Freeware software you accept the terms of this
license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license
agreement, promptly stop using the software and erase all
copies of the software in question.

The software is distributed under the free-of-charge
software concept (Freeware). You are granted a license to
use the software for free.

Licensee may not modify the files contained in the Freeware
software archive in any way, or for any reason without
written permission from the author. Licensee of this
agreement may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
or create derivative works of, the software.

Our Freeware program is copyrighted software. However,
licensee may be freely copy and share the software with
others. No charge may be collected for the distribution. The
files that are included in the Freeware software archive may
be distributed, provided that all files are distributed
together. No files in any Freeware archive may be
distributed unless all files are included.

International web site and contained within the respective
software archives are for information purposes only. The
contents and the products they describe are subject to
change without notice. We make no warranties with respect to
our software and our manuals in question. In no event shall
we be liable for any damages, direct or incidental arising
out of or related to the use of our Freeware and associated
manuals.
