UnZIP.mscr is a utility for Pocket PC 2002/2003 that can de-archive a the content of a ZIP file. Using this utility, you can download ZIP files directly off the web with your mobile device and unpackage them without going through your desktop computer.
Although the Zip utility has been bundled with Windows Mobile 5/6, it has been lacking all this time on Pocket PC 2002/2003. Now that is no longer the case with this free UnZIP utility. Now even Pocket PC 2002/2003 users can take one step closer to enjoying the fully untethered Internet.
When you run UnZIP.mscr, it will ask you to pick a ZIP file to de-archive. After picking a ZIP file, it will ask you to pick a directory to unzip everything to. As soon as you picked a directory, it will unpackage everything from the ZIP file you picked. You can cancel the operation at any step by tapping the "Cancel" button.
UnZIP.mscr requires the free MortScript interpreter to execute. So in order to use this script, you'll have to download and install MortScript on your Windows Mobile device, if you haven't already done so.
UnZIP.mscr is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.
