Run.mscr (GPL)

Run.mscr is a MortScript for Windows Mobile device that let you execute any executable (.exe ile) in any directory. Run.mscr displays all of the executables (.exe files) in the select directory. Select the executable, then press OK to run. Unlike File Explorer, Run.mscr show all hidden system executables and lets you run them at will.

Run.mscr requires the free MortScript interpreter to execute. So in order to use Run.mscr, you'll have to download and install MortScript on your Windows Mobile device, if you haven't already done so.

Run.mscr is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Attached below is an improved version of Run.mscr. This version remembers the directory path of the last executed file. Thus, you won't have to waste time traversing the directory structure again the next time you want to execute it.

PocketPC 2002 and 2003 runs MortScript just fine. However, they don't have a "/Application Data" directory like Windows Mobile 5 and 6, thus, causing the configuration saving to silently fail. This new and improved version of Run.mscr, attached below, works around this problem on Pocket PC 2002 and 2003 by creating the "/Application Data" directory if it is missing.
