StrLen.sh (GPL)

StrLen.sh is a simple shell script that calculates the length of the string that is passed into it as an argument. It only accepts one command-line argrument, so if your string has spaces, you must surround it with double-quotes. I suggest you use double-quotes anyway, with or without spaces in your string.

StrLen.sh is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.
