HasImageExtension.sh (GPL)HasImageExtension.sh is a simple Bourne shell script that tells you whether the specified file is an image file, based on its file extension. The image file doe not need to exist. This script performs its operation based solely on the file name. It outputs 1 for yes and 0 for no. HasImageExtension.sh takes advantage of the Extension.sh (GPL) Bourne shell script, which is also available on this site. So to use this script, you will need to download the Extension.sh script if you don't already have it. HasImageExtension.sh is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.
