MakeDMG.ksh (GPL)

MakeDMG.ksh makes it easy to create Mac DMG files in Darwin. MakeDMG.ksh has a very simple command-line interface that simplifies the creation of disk images. Just give it the disk image name and a list of files and directories to create a DMG.

MakeDMG.sh is a Korn-Shell script that can be executed in Mac OS X's Terminal program. It is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Usage

MakeDMG.ksh "archive name" "content 1" [ . . . "content 2" ]

Content could be either directory or file.
