eSpeak Windows Shortcut

I really enjoy using the free eSpeak, speech synthesis, software. The setup package installs on Windows quite painlessly. But for some reason, it doesn't create a Desktop icon, nor a start menu icon. So I've created one, attached below. You can download it and use it without making the effort to create your own.
