Desktop Browser

This browser is very useful. It allows you to get to standard web page functionality, that is not available to mobile browsers. In particular, I use it to get access to the advanced search engine at overdrive.com. That saves me many hours in finding ebooks at the public library(gadd.lib.overdrive.com). In addition it allows you access to kindle format books at overdrive.com, that are not available to mobile browsers. I did encounter one serious problem though. The Desktop Browser is unable to access the overdrive secure server (delivers a totally blank screen)that is used to process logins, so at this point I have to use Desktop Browser to find the ebooks I want to checkout, and then switch to another browser to actually check them out of the library.
