Skim Doesn't Work with MagicMenu 3.0

Hi- so far it's been working great, except for when I use Skim, in which case the menu bar disappears for a moment when I open a pdf, but quickly reappears. I've tried quitting Skim before dragging it onto the 'Magic Menu On' app, and I've tried rebooting. I'm using 10.6.5.

This has been working perfectly so far except with Skim PDF reader. Any suggestions as to why I'm having trouble with that app?

I suspect it is because Skim doesn't follow Mac OS X's window/menu policy. Opera has this same problem. Unfortunately, it the problem lies with the application.
