StripBlankLines (Freeware)StripBlankLines is a command-line Java software that will strip all blank lines from a data stream, which could be a file. Because StringLength is written as a command-line utility, it can be used in custom batch files and custom scripts. The following before and after table shows what this script does. StripBlankLines.sh accepts the data through stdin and outputs the result to stdout.
StripBlankLines is written in Java, so it will run on any Java-supported operating system. StripBlankLines is distributed as Freeware.
