will desktop browser work on internet explorer only websites

Will this app allow me to access internet explorer only Web pages.

It's possible. There is no guarantee. However, it's worth a try. Every web site is different. And it depends on the web site developer and how they coded the web site.

You can configure Desktop Browser to pretend to be Internet Explorer, in order to get past browser checks implemented by the web site developer. But Desktop Browser can't control what web site data is served after "entering" the web site.

The whole point is to get the web site to serve data meant for the desktop computer browser to your phone/tablet, rather than the limited mobile version of the web site. In many cases, it works extremely well. In some cases, it doesn't work so well (usually when the web site developer doesn't adhere to standards).
