msn money

I ordered the financial browser. It won't work for m s n it only says hello world. How do I contact the seller to get a refund for fix the problem? Please help if you can.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the Financial Browser. We checked the app based on your feedback and found two issues.

1. The Morningstar web site is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Some times we can get to the mobile site, some times we get the "hello world" message. I'm sure Morningstar is currently working on this problem. This issue is outside the control of the Financial Browser app, as it simply takes you to the Morningstar mobile web site.

2. The Financial Browser app swapped the link for Morningstar and MSN Money. If you tap on MSN Money, you will actually go to Morningstar web site and vise-versa. The good news is that MSN Money's web site is still up and you can get to it by tapping on "Morningstar". We will fix this bug and deliver an update today.

If you still like a refund, please request through Google so that we can credit your account properly. Otherwise, expect an Financial Browser update to be delivered to your device soon. Thank you.
