SpeakNotes Runtime Error

Hi, I recently bought an android app from you but didnt woork. i bought SpeakNotes and installed it in a XPERIA X10 mini with android 2.1 When i press record it says: "Runtime Error - No activity found to handle intent { act=android.speech.action.recognize_speech (has extras) } I hope you can help me or otherwise Ill appreciate my money back. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting us regarding this problem. A quick search on the Internet showed that the XPERIA X10 does not have voice recognition capability. We do no know how to enable speech recognition. Therefore, we've sent you a refund. We will track this problem and if we find a solution, we will update our product or provide instructions.
