Desktop Browser

I was able to download and install the Internet Explorer emulating browser from the Amazon store. I was able to access a work website that is IE only and to log in which is already 10 times further than I was able to get before. However, this website opens a 2nd window or tab and it doesn't seem like Cynosure.X's Desktop Browser emulates this aspect of IE8, or, the Android tablet I was using (my brother-in-law's) does not support this feature. I could not find a user's manual anywhere that addressed this.

Can anyone elaborate?

That's really website specific. Without telling us what website you were trying to access and which page, it's really difficult to understand the issue.
