Java Web Start Not Responding

Don't know what's up with Java today. We installed Java 7 SDK Update 1 on a freshly new computer. Upon trying to start the App Inventor Blocks Editor, Java Web Start pops up an "Warning - Security" dialog. But the dialog never shows it's face. And the title was appended with "(Not Responding)".

Quite frustrating that we can't bring up the Blocks Editor on this computer. We had also downgraded to Java 6 SDK Update 29. But nothing we tried solved this problem. Anyone has a similar issue to this problem?
