WhatsCheaper (GPL)

A very common problem in our daily lives is whether six rolls of paper towel for $5 is cheaper or more expensive than ten rolls of paper tower for $9. This can be easily determined by dividing $5 by six, dividing $9 by ten, then comparing the difference. Of course, to compare with a simple calculator, you'll have to remember the first number in your head.

With the HP48 calculator, your life can be even easier. Just put in the four numbers on the stack, run the "WhatsCheaper" program, and you'll be able to compare results without remember the numbers.

Usage

quantity1, price1, quantity2, price2 -> ratio1, ratio2

Example

In the example below, six rolls for $5 is cheaper than ten rolls for $9.
