cat.cmd (GPL)

I'm so used to using the 'cat' utility on UNIX that I forget the equivalent on MS-DOS and Windows is 'type'. So today, I decided to write "cat.cmd" for Windows, therefore, I can mistakenly type 'cat' on the Windows command-line and it will still do what I intended. The script attached below is "cat.cmd".

"cat.cmd" takes advantage of the SetNumberOfArguments.bat (GPL) script that is available on this web site. So to use "cat.cmd", you'll have to download this other batch file, if you don't already have it.

"cat.cmd" is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Usage

cat.cmd "file 1" [ . . . "file N" ]
