Read File Content Verbally (GPL)

"Read File Content Verbally.cmd" is Windows batch script that reads the content of a text file aloud. It uses the Windows text-to-speech system to read the text file you pass in as command-line argument. With this script, you can program scripts that talks to the user.

"Read File Content Verbally.cmd" takes advantage of the following scripts. They are also available on this web site. So to use "Read File Content Verbally.cmd", you'll have to download these other scripts, if you don't already have them.
