Is Drive Ready (GPL)

"IsDriveReady.cmd" is a batch file that can help you determine whether a drive is ready. This batch script is most useful to detect if a compact disc is inserted into a CD or DVD drive. If the drive is ready, this batch file outputs '1'. Otherwise, it outputs '0'.

"IsDriveReady.cmd" takes advantage of the following batch files, which are also available on this site. So to use the this batch file, you will need to download the following batch files if you don't already have them.

SetNumberOfArguments.bat
SetVariableToOutput.bat

"IsDriveReady.cmd" is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Usage

IsDriveReady.cmd drive
