Drive Label (GPL)

"DriveLabel.bat" is a batch file that returns the label given a drive letter.

"DriveLetter.bat" takes advantage of the following batch files, which are also available on this site. So to use the this batch file, you will need to download the following batch files if you don't already have them.

SetNumberOfArguments.bat
SetVariableToOutput.bat
Token.bat

"DriveLabel.bat" is distributed as executable source code under the GNU General Public License. Please see the license agreement elsewhere on this site.

Usage

DriveLabel.bat drive

Updated DriveLabel.bat to no longer use Token.bat. But instead, it uses SubString.class. It's not more robust and provides better error handling.
